Do you build websites or only design them?
Only design. We produce Figma files that a developer builds from. If you need someone to build, we can refer trusted developers.
What do I actually receive when the project ends?
A complete Figma file with every page, every component, every screen size, and developer handoff notes. That file is yours, fully owned, no licence restrictions.
How long does a typical project take?
Essentials: 10 days. Signature: 21 days. Complete: 42 days. Sprint Week: 5 days. These start from brief approval and assume you respond within 48 hours at each stage.
What happens if I do not like the design?
That is what revision rounds are for. Each package includes a set number. We implement your consolidated feedback and move forward. If the direction is fundamentally wrong, we go back to the strategy.
Do you work with clients outside South Carolina?
Yes. All our projects are run remotely. We work with clients nationally. Location has not been a problem on any project we have run.
Can you match an existing brand?
Yes. If you have brand guidelines we design within them. If you have something partial, we design around it. If you have nothing, we recommend starting with Brand to Web or the Complete package.
What is your payment structure?
50% deposit before work begins, 50% before final files are released. For Sprint Week, full payment is collected upfront.
Can I see your rates before the call?
Yes. The pricing page shows all three package rates and add-on pricing. Hourly consulting is available at $31.45 per hour for 1 to 10 hours.
What file formats do you deliver in?
All designs are delivered as Figma files. Exports in PNG, SVG, and PDF are available with the Visual Style Guide add-on or by request.
Do you offer ongoing design support after delivery?
Yes. Every package includes a post-delivery support window. Beyond that, hourly consulting is available for ongoing design questions, new feature design, or content updates.
