We start with a detailed intake form and a 30-minute call. We want to know about the business, the users, the competitors, what you have tried, and what a successful project looks like. The brief is the foundation of everything that follows.
Before any visual work, we write a short project strategy: which pages exist, what each page does, what the user needs to do on it, and what the design needs to achieve. You approve the strategy before we draw a single frame.
High-fidelity Figma designs, delivered in stages. You review, consolidate feedback in writing, and we implement it. We do not design everything at once; we design, check, and move forward in order.
Revision rounds are structured, not open-ended. Each round has a defined scope. Feedback comes in, we implement it, and the design moves closer to done. Most projects land on the first or second round.
You receive a clean Figma file with all pages, all components, and every screen size. Developer handoff notes are included as Figma annotations. We walk you through the file on a call and answer questions from your build team.
