About this service

A Digital Facelift starts with the assumption that something specific is wrong with your existing site. We find it before we redesign anything.

The audit covers page structure, messaging hierarchy, call-to-action placement, form design, and the specific pages where your analytics show the highest drop-off. The audit produces a written findings report with every issue identified and prioritized by how much it is costing you.

What the audit covers

Navigation clarity. Message hierarchy on key pages. How quickly visitors can understand what the business does and who it serves. Where the friction points are in the most common user journey. What competitors are doing that your site is not. Most sites have three to five significant problems, and fixing those three to five things produces more improvement than a complete rebuild.

Redesign scope

After the audit, we redesign the pages that are costing you conversions. Usually that is the homepage, one or two interior pages that receive the most traffic, and the contact or enquiry page where the final action happens. We include up to five pages in the standard scope and can quote additional pages at project start.
