These terms govern your use of designmiracles.com and any services purchased from designmiracles. By accessing this site or placing an order, you accept these terms.
We provide web design services delivered digitally as Figma source files and written documentation. All services and their deliverables are described on the relevant service pages and in your order confirmation email.
All prices are in USD. Payment is processed via Stripe. A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is due before final files are released. Sprint Week projects require full payment upfront.
Delivery timelines begin on the date your project brief is approved by both parties. Standard timelines: Essentials 10 days, Signature 21 days, Complete 42 days. Client delays extend timelines by the same number of business days.
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Feedback must be submitted in writing and consolidated per round within 48 hours of each delivery to maintain the agreed timeline.
Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership of delivered design files transfers to you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before project start.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of delivered files.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina. Disputes shall be resolved in Horry County courts.
